RANKZ Z-Pass: a 500 place free mint list and a token whose name is not disclosed

This review uses the source record dated 2026-09-19. Announcements describe that period and should not be read as current mint or participation invitations.

The only thing RANKZ is publicly doing right now is collecting a list. The list is for 500 free passes called Z-Pass. What the project attaches to that pass is convertibility into a token, but the token's name does not appear in writing in the project's own posts.

This article covers how registration works, what the project says, and what could not be read.

What is the project

Honesty is required here: there is little we can say about the platform itself. The project's main address, rankz.fun, could not be read at the time of writing; the page came back empty. That does not mean there is nothing on the site; it means the page's content could not be read.

The part that could be read is the whitelist subdomain. According to whitelist.rankz.fun, RANKZ collects registrations through a card system, and what a registration produces is tickets in a draw.

The project's post of 14 September ties Z-Pass to Robinhood's crypto side. No technical detail about the chain appears in the reviewed sources.

What the project says

The post pinned on 18 September gives the frame of the application:

• Supply: 500 Z-Passes, stated as the total that will ever exist
• Price: free mint
• Chain: Robinhood's crypto side
• Backing: according to the post, every Z-Pass is backed and will be convertible into a token at launch

The same post carries a warning: every submission is checked, and registering does not produce an allocation.

The post of 15 September expands the backing claim a little: volume on RANKZ is said to feed the buyback engine behind the token. The token's name is written in redaction blocks in that post as well, and does not appear in plain form in any reviewed source.

The flow described by the registration page has three steps:

1. Connect your X account. The page states the authorization is requested in order to put your name and avatar on the card, and that nothing will be posted on your behalf.
2. Post your card. The card carries a personal referral code. According to the page, attaching the card to the post earns one further ticket.
3. Join the list. Allocations are drawn from tickets: one for registering, and one more for each person who joins with your code.

The rule at the bottom of the page is this: all tickets are re-verified at the snapshot, and anyone whose post is gone at that moment loses their tickets too.

Team and funding

The people behind the project are not named in any reviewed source. The only identifying detail that can be measured is the X account: @rankzdotfun is a verified account, open since June 2026, and at the time of writing it had 1,630 followers. No record of funding was found.

What to watch

• Whether rankz.fun becomes readable and the platform explains in writing what it does.
• The token's name, contract address and TGE date.
• The ratio at which a Z-Pass converts into the token, and which party stands behind that conversion.
• The snapshot date and how the 500 allocations will be distributed.
• The technical detail of distribution on the Robinhood crypto side.

Conclusion

The only thing that could be checked on the RANKZ side at the time of writing was the registration mechanics: 500 places, free, a ticket draw and re-verification at the snapshot. The platform on which the backing and convertibility claims rest could not be read, and the token's name remains undisclosed.
