Quip Network: a quantum computing marketplace claim with no measured on-chain data

What the project says it is

Quip Network describes itself as a decentralized quantum computing marketplace. The narrative on the project's X account has two pillars: turning access to quantum processing units (QPUs) into a service that does not require specialist knowledge, and using post-quantum cryptography in its own products.

The project draws its own analogy with CUDA: "CUDA made GPUs accessible outside gaming. We're doing the same for QPUs."

The project's infrastructure was visible during the scan: a whitepaper PDF, documentation on GitBook, a Discourse-based research forum, a public roadmap and feedback board, a separate account domain, and release notes on GitLab. The tokenomics and roadmap pages were accessible during the scan.

What the project says

The posts captured by the scan fall under three headings.

QuipSwap. The project announced that its exchange product, QuipSwap, was live. It describes the product as "Post-quantum swaps, anywhere to anywhere", peer-to-peer swaps across chains, with "No bridge to hack", and says it is live on Base. The same post says support for more EVM networks is coming. The project also announced that users who created accounts before that week, using a v0 wallet, needed to upgrade.

Node manager. Two release notes were shared. v0.2.1 lists submitting quantum jobs to the network, a unified miner for all hardware types and expanded post-quantum signing. The figures given for v0.2.3 are the project's own measurements: roughly five times more CPU grinding per core, CUDA utilization rising from 55% to 94%, and an increase of about 43% on Metal using an M4 Max. These figures were not independently verified.

Quantum Echoes. The project announced an NFT collection that it says is the first QFT collection based on randomness generated by real quantum hardware, and opened an FAQ page for the collection.

The project also said that its CEO appeared on a podcast and demonstrated that FedEx and DHL used quantum computers for route calculations to reduce fuel use by 12–20%. This is a claim relayed by the project about third parties; the scan did not trace it to its original source.

Token

The fact set contains no contract address belonging to Quip Network. The project's site has a tokenomics page that was accessible during the scan, but the collected data contains no token symbol, supply information or contract address. This article does not publish a contract address because no address was available to publish.

No price, volume or liquidity data could be read from any market source.

NFT

The Quantum Echoes collection is known only from the project's announcement. Its contract address, supply, mint date and pricing are absent from the fact set. The collection's own domain was read during the scan, but pages requesting wallet transactions were not opened because of safe-mode restrictions.

Team and funding

The fact set itself is incomplete here, and that needs to be stated clearly. The normalized fact set marks the team as "anonymous", but that label results from the scan not reading the team page, not from evidence that the team is concealing its identity.

The project's own post mentions its CEO by username, and the main site links to a team page, two personal LinkedIn profiles and a company LinkedIn page. None of those pages was read during this scan. The accurate statement is therefore not "unknown", but "not examined in this scan".

The fact set contains no funding record.

What to watch

Questions the scan could not answer and that a later scan may be able to resolve include:

• The tokenomics page was accessible, but no token information was extracted from it. If a token is planned, what are its symbol, supply and distribution schedule?
• What are the contract address and mint schedule for the Quantum Echoes collection? If an address is published, it must be verified through the official account.
• How much of the team record can be filled in once the team page and LinkedIn profiles are read?
• The whitepaper is a PDF and could not be read automatically. Its contents need to be extracted manually.
• The airdrop and claim pages requested wallet transactions and were therefore not opened. The conditions on those pages were not independently verified.

Conclusion

This scan shows that the product and documentation side of Quip Network is visible and active: a live exchange product, node software with release notes, a public roadmap and a research forum. There is no measured on-chain or market data, so this article has no basis for comparing what the project describes with what is happening on-chain.
