ZecMart: the ZecPuppets mint slipped twice, with one collection and zero sales on the marketplace

ZecMart's first collection, ZecPuppets, was due to be issued on 18 September. It was not. This article covers how that day went hour by hour, the state of the marketplace at the time of writing, and what could not be read.

What is the project

ZecMart is a platform running on zecmart.com that describes itself around collecting, minting and trading. It has three sections: the launchpad where collections are issued, the marketplace where listings and sales appear, and a section where a user sees their own pieces.

The first collection is ZecPuppets. According to the launchpad page the supply is 555, the mint price is free, and at the time of writing the number of pieces issued was zero.

The 14:28 delay notice also carries a promise: ZecPuppets is said to play a major role on the platform, and a percentage of ZecMart's revenue is said to be distributed to Puppet holders. The rate of that distribution, its frequency and the mechanism behind it do not appear in any reviewed source.

In the 16:32 announcement the team also wrote that it would give thirty minutes notice before the mint and that people should be careful of scam links.

The measured state

At the time of writing the launchpad page showed the collection as coming soon, with the countdown running and all 555 pieces unissued.

On the marketplace side there is a single collection listed, ZecPuppets. The volume, sales, listed pieces and floor price fields are all empty or zero. Since the mint has not taken place this is expected; it is not a measurement of whether the marketplace works, because there is not yet a collection for it to work on.

There is a point that requires honesty here: the marketplace and my collection pages request a wallet connection, and the wallet requested is Noir Wallet. That wallet was not installed in the browser, so no connection could be made and the content that would appear after connecting fell outside this review. We do not know what those pages say.

Team and funding

The people behind the project are not named in any reviewed source. The only identifying detail that can be measured is the X account: @zecmartonzec is a verified account, open since September 2026, and at the time of writing it had 3,176 followers. No record of funding was found.

What to watch

• The new date and time for the ZecPuppets mint, and the thirty minute notice the team said it would give.
• The collection's contract details, confirmed from the official account.
• The rate of revenue sharing and the mechanism behind it.
• The first real sales on the marketplace and the volume fields filling in.
• The official distribution address for Noir Wallet.

Conclusion

ZecMart's first collection could not be issued on the announced day, and at the time of writing there was not a single issued piece or completed sale on the platform. The measurement that will show whether the platform works is the completion of the postponed mint and the filling of the empty fields on the marketplace.
