This list is derived from the article's fact set; it is not a score. "Not assessed" does not mean bad; it means we did not look.

If you want to apply for the ZADDR whitelist, here is the short answer: applications are open at zaddr.net/apply, you apply with your X account, and you are not asked to connect a wallet. Approval is not automatic: the project says the team reviews applications by hand.

This article covers the application steps, what affects approval and what has not been announced yet. At the time of writing ZADDR had no mint date or price.

How to apply

The application page splits the process into steps, styled as a command line:

  1. Sign in with X. According to the page, the only permissions requested are reading posts and users. The page says it cannot post, send DMs or follow anyone on your behalf. No email, KYC or wallet is required.
  2. Tasks. Tasks are verified after you sign in. The task list is not visible without signing in.
  3. Destination address. The Zcash address your allocation goes to. The page says it accepts two types: a unified address starting with u1 and a Sapling address starting with zs1.
  4. Status. The page has a section showing your application status. For an account that has not applied it reads "no application on file".

The official application address is zaddr.net/apply, as shared by the project's X account. Compare any application link you receive elsewhere against it.

What decides approval

The project has not published a list of criteria, but it has given a few signals:

  • According to the application page, the project watches who talks about ZADDR on X, and positive posts on your profile raise your chances.
  • The same page says tasks undone after applying are detected too.
  • On September 12 the project said it is closely watching who contributes, and that those are the applications that get approved.
  • On September 13 it announced that applications are now reviewed and approved by the team by hand. Its advice for anyone rejected or waiting a long time is to contribute more. It asked active contributors whose applications are still pending to leave their "ZA code card" under the post.
  • The same day brought another warning: some quote posts submitted for tasks had already been deleted during review. A task post deleted after applying comes back as not found, and those applications are rejected automatically.

In short, deleting a task post after applying sinks the application. No source says how much contribution counts as enough.

How many people applied

On September 12 the project said it received 1,657 applications from 79 countries in the first 17 hours. At the time of writing the home page showed 3,494 next to "APPLICATIONS OPEN". The page does not say what that number counts.

The site's map page lists applications country by country. The three largest are Indonesia (744), Nigeria (541) and Turkey (311). Some rows show a second number next to the country; the page does not explain what it means.

The project has not said how many whitelist spots there are for the 2,800-piece supply, so the application count cannot be turned into a ratio against supply.

What the project is

ZADDR is a 2,800-piece collection on Zcash. The home page describes the collection as "shielded". The project's tagline is "Nice to not meet you", which it explains as "every face is public, every owner isn't".

None of the sources reviewed explain how the collection will technically be minted on Zcash. The project has no documentation page.

Risks

Biggest uncertainty No mint date has been scheduled, no price has been set, and no source says how many whitelist spots there are.

What was measured is the project's age: the X profile shows the account was created in September 2026, and the whitelist opened the same month. Who gets approved depends on the team's manual review rather than on published criteria.

What was not assessed is in the data status list above.

What to watch

  • Mint date and price. The home page shows "not scheduled" and "undecided" for them.
  • How many whitelist spots there are and when applications close.
  • Where approved applications will be announced.
  • How the collection will be minted on Zcash.

Conclusion

Approval for the ZADDR whitelist rests on the team's manual review and on contributing on X, and a task post deleted after applying gets the application rejected automatically. The mint date, price and number of spots have not been announced.
