How to enter the CryptoAlpha giveaway
The giveaway runs on X, on our @cryptoalphayou account: open the giveaway post and complete the steps. The steps are:
- Follow @akaih00d.
- Follow @NeutroNft. Neutro is AKAI's collab manager.
- Like and retweet AKAI's post. This is AKAI's requirement and it is mandatory.
- Leave your feedback on cryptoalpha.me. This is our only ask: anything you liked, found missing or want us to fix.
The giveaway ends 72 hours after this article is published, on September 16. We will post the results on @cryptoalphayou and message the winners by DM from that account.
DMs come only from @cryptoalphayou. Even if you win, we will never ask for your private key, or any payment; anyone asking for those is not writing on our behalf.
Why we don't ask you to retweet our post
In none of our giveaways, past or future, do we require a retweet of our own post. Retweet requirements mostly shut out larger accounts: nobody wants their profile filled with giveaway reposts, and we don't do it on our own account either. An honest opinion from someone who reads the site is worth more to us than a retweet.
About this collaboration: The AKAI team provided the 40 spots; in return we are publishing this article and running the giveaway. We were not paid for this article. The team did not approve the text, and the risks section is not up for negotiation.
What the project is
According to its website, AKAI started with a stack of sketchbook pages: building a universe one hand-inked face at a time. A layer-based generative engine sits on top of those drawings. The team says there are more than 150 trait layers and that no combination repeats across the 9,999 pieces.
The project describes the collection as "on-chain" and, in its own words, says it was built "for collectors, not just flippers".
Mint
The date and price are stated as final on the website: September 23, 0.0004 ETH. According to the campaign template, each wallet can mint up to 2.
The mint runs in four phases. The team told us the times are in UTC:

The project's own whitelist
Separately from our giveaway, the website has a 3,000-spot GTD list that is open and closes on September 18. Applications go through akaihood.xyz: follow the account, like the pinned post, retweet it and comment tagging two friends. Once the tasks are verified, you submit your wallet address.
Risks
Biggest uncertainty No contract has been published yet; the claims of 150+ trait layers and zero repeated combinations cannot be checked before mint.
- The account's history is short. @akaih00d was created in August 2026; at the time of writing it had 3,539 followers. There is little track record to weigh the project against.
- The wallet limit comes from a single source. The 2-per-wallet cap appears only in the team's campaign template, not on the website.
- The token is not a promise. The last roadmap phase mentions an ecosystem token only as "under consideration".
