DocsYour account # Connecting your exchange SpireX trades through an API key you create on your own OKX or Bitget account. ## Create the key - In your exchange account, open API management and create a new key. - Enable trading permission for futures. - Leave withdrawal and transfer permissions switched off. - Copy the key, the secret and, on OKX, the passphrase. ## On OKX, two settings first - Account mode: Futures mode. - Position mode: One-way mode. Both are in OKX trading settings. SpireX checks them when you add the key and refuses the key in any other mode, because orders could not be placed. ## Add it to SpireX Paste the key details into your SpireX account.
